1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accepting an order or subscription, or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Easy Leads provides business tools for capturing, organizing, assigning and following up leads; managing users and teams; producing reports; and connecting supported third-party services. Features may vary by edition, subscription, location, rollout stage and connected provider.
Beta, preview, artificial-intelligence and automation features may change and should be reviewed by an authorized person before being relied upon. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the Service is not a system for emergency, medical, legal or other safety-critical decisions.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
- Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for user access, permissions, credentials and activity under your workspace.
- You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise.
- Accounts and access credentials may not be sold, shared publicly or used to impersonate another person or organization.
4. Customer data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of information submitted to your workspace (“Customer Data”). You authorize Easy Leads to host, copy, transmit, display and otherwise process Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and follow your lawful instructions.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for providing required notices and obtaining required permissions or consents. This includes lead collection, direct marketing, call recording, messaging, employee monitoring and importing contact lists. You must respond appropriately to requests from people whose information you control.
5. Third-party integrations and communications
When you enable an integration, you instruct us to exchange information with that provider. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, policies, availability and charges, and we do not control their services.
Use of Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp functionality must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, commerce and messaging policies, template requirements, user-consent rules and communication windows. You are responsible for message content, recipients and the lawful basis for contacting them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, deceive, threaten, harass or discriminate.
- Send spam, purchased-contact campaigns or communications without required permission.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits or security controls.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
- Access another customer’s workspace or disclose credentials, personal data or confidential information without authorization.
- Use automated or AI functionality to make unlawful or high-impact decisions without appropriate notice, authority and human oversight.
7. Subscriptions, fees and taxes
Paid plans, limits, billing periods, renewal terms and included features are described in the applicable order, invoice or plan page. You agree to pay valid charges and applicable taxes when due. Unless an order states otherwise, fees already earned for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice. Continued use after a renewal or pricing change constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law and the applicable ordering terms.
8. Intellectual property
Easy Leads and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks and related technology, excluding Customer Data. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your internal business operations.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect the other party’s non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for this relationship, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. You must use reasonable security practices, assign least-privilege access and keep your account recovery information current.
10. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, telecommunications failures and third-party platform changes may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change substantially reduces paid core functionality where practicable.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel in accordance with your order or plan. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address a security risk, comply with law, respond to non-payment or investigate a material breach.
After termination, access ends and Customer Data will be handled according to the applicable agreement, our retention practices and legal requirements. Export important data before termination. Sections intended by their nature to survive—including payment, intellectual-property, confidentiality, disclaimer, liability and dispute provisions—remain effective.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, lead quality, third-party services, AI output or the continued availability of any provider integration.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Leads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities or data, arising from the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Easy Leads’ aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Easy Leads against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Data, unlawful communications, violation of third-party rights, misuse of the Service or material breach of these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Egypt will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires a different forum. Before filing a formal claim, each party should give the other reasonable written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect Service, business or legal changes. We will publish the updated version and effective date here and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed.
